Frank is an accomplished author, poet, and educator who transitioned from a career in the paper mill industry to earning a Bachelor of Arts in English from Thompson Rivers University.
His debut novel, The Cumberland Tales, draws on his childhood memories of Sam Yik, a gardener and mystic.
